Making the Happy Meal less happy →
So let me get this straight. If this were to pass, Cali children would only be able to receive a toy in their Happy Meals IF those meals met certain nutritional standards (i.e. no meals with high amounts of sugar, fat or salt). So basically they would only be rewarded for eating healthy.
Genius. It might even work on adults.
